As mentioned above, customers who have completed VANHO's design services or from other units that want VANHO to construct need to prepare a complete interior design dossier.
VANHO based on the design dossier, there will be a Quantity Surveyor to dissect the construction volume according to the design dossier with the construction unit price of each furniture product and other auxiliary items. After that, VANHO quoted a detailed construction budget. This quotation ensures 100% accuracy compared to actual construction.
The contract is a legal document that specifies the rights, responsibilities and information related to the two parties in the process of cooperation in using services, especially for high-value services.
Therefore, after agreeing with the customer on the construction unit price, construction materials and other important contents, the 2 parties will sign the contract. After that, we will hand over the contract and detailed construction team information, responsible for the project to the customer.
At this step, VANHO will prepare all documents, advise customers to complete the procedures for applying for a construction permit with the building or area management board to prepare for construction activities.
The preparation here will include applying for a construction permit, construction technical drawings, detailed construction progress, construction survey and arising notices if any.
The construction of rough finishing furniture and auxiliary items is a collection of items such as walls, tiling (or dismantling, demolition and relocation if it is a renovation project), walls, ceilings, floors... In addition, this stage also handles the recessed parts of the walls and floors such as lighting systems, electricity, water, cables, etc.
In this step of interior construction, VANHO will produce furniture with dimensions and materials such as contracts, transport furniture to the project and install it.
At this stage, the homeowner accepts the constructed items and hands over the complete project.
After handing over the completed interior construction project, VANHO will finalize the construction contract and send the construction product warranty card.
